my focus is on Strength training, mobility, Functional and womens health, specifically *perimenopause, menopause, post menopause coach.
both Strength, functional training, mobiltiy and flexibility are appilicable to every day life and when training in the gym. they are essential for injury prevention, being able to maximise muscle growth and preventing falls later on in life, as well as many more benefits.
i am a qualified personal trainer with many years of experince both working in a gym, as well as developing and growing my own fitness journey and goals .

I currently work in a gym setting for all ages and genders as well as a mobile pt for womens health and fitness.
